QWIC chooses Ablestar to refine their brand strategy and positioning

QWIC, the Amsterdam-based manufacturer of high-quality electric bicycles, is joining forces with strategy agency Ablestar. The collaboration is aimed at fundamentally refining the brand strategy and positioning to shape the e-bike brand's next growth phase.

QWIC is known for combining modern Dutch design with innovative ease of use. While the focus of e-bike brands often lies on purely technical specifications, QWIC distinguishes itself through a strong focus on aesthetics and ease of use. With the sharpened positioning, the brand aims to further strengthen its position as a premium player.

The assignment for Ablestar

Ablestar is deploying its own developed Actionable Brand Success Method to support QWIC. Through a series of intensive strategic workshops, work is being done on a clear Brand Foundation (Purpose, Vision, Mission, and Values) and a distinctive brand positioning. The goal is to create a powerful messaging architecture and a brand story that consistently conveys QWIC's unique value across all digital and physical channels.
